Each of the 8 questions has four options scored 1-4, giving a maximum of 32 points. Scores under 35% are rated Beginner (AI Explorer), 35-65% are Intermediate (AI Adopter), and above 65% are Advanced (AI Leader). The scoring is calibrated so that most organizations land in the Beginner or Intermediate range — which means there's high-impact automation potential.
We evaluate eight dimensions: data management maturity, manual task burden, current automation level, after-hours customer handling, data-driven decision making, team AI comfort, document processing practices, and budget/timeline readiness. Together these give a holistic view of where your organization stands.
