Question 1 of 100% complete
Data Management

How would you describe your current data management practices?

01 — Context

What is an AI readiness assessment?

An AI readiness assessment measures how prepared your organisation is to adopt artificial intelligence and automation successfully.

It evaluates your current technology stack, data practices, team skills, and operational workflows to identify both strengths and gaps that could accelerate or slow down your AI journey. AI implementation isn't just a technology decision — it depends on data quality, process maturity, team buy-in, and clear business objectives.

Without understanding where you stand across these dimensions, automation projects risk being misaligned, under-scoped, or stalled by unforeseen blockers. Our assessment evaluates 10 critical dimensions and gives you a scored profile, a visual breakdown of every dimension, and recommendations mapped to the areas with the most to gain.

How does the scoring work?
Each of the 10 questions has four options scored 1–4, giving a maximum of 40 points. Scores under 35% are Beginner (AI Explorer), 35–65% are Intermediate (AI Adopter), and above 65% are Advanced (AI Leader). The scoring is calibrated so most organisations land in the Beginner or Intermediate range — meaning high-impact automation potential.
What areas does the assessment evaluate?
Ten dimensions: data management maturity, manual task burden, current automation level, after-hours customer handling, data-driven decision making, team AI comfort, document processing, budget/timeline readiness, integration complexity, and data volume.
Can I retake the assessment later?
Absolutely. Many clients retake the assessment every 3–6 months to track AI maturity progress. As you implement automation, your score should increase. It's a great way to measure investment impact.
What if my team members get different scores?
That's normal and useful. Different departments often have different automation maturity. Have each team lead take it separately to identify which areas have the most room for improvement.
Do you store my assessment answers?
No. The assessment runs entirely in your browser. We don't collect, store, or transmit any responses. Your answers and score are calculated client-side and never sent to our servers.
What should I do after getting my results?
Your results include specific service recommendations based on your score. Start by exploring those service pages. When you're ready, book a free consultation and we'll review your results, validate findings against actual workflows, and map a concrete implementation plan.
