Free Tools & Lead Capture
We offer free interactive tools on our website, including the ROI Calculator, AI Readiness Assessment, Customer Service Calculator, Process Prioritizer, and SEO & AI Search Analytics Dashboard. When you use these tools:
- You may optionally provide your name, email address, and company name to export a PDF report of your results
- This information is stored in our CRM system (GoHighLevel) to enable follow-up communications about our services
- You are not required to provide this information to use the tool — only to export a PDF report
- Tool calculations and results are processed entirely in your browser and are not stored on our servers
Google API Services — SEO & AI Search Analytics Dashboard
Our SEO & AI Search Analytics Dashboard connects to your Google account to access data from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads. By using this tool:
Data We Access
- Google Analytics 4: Sessions, users, bounce rate, landing pages, traffic sources, device and geographic data
- Google Search Console: Keywords, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, and search positions
- Google Ads: Campaign data, search terms, cost, and conversions (if connected)
- Google Account Email: Your email address associated with your Google account
How We Handle Your Data
- Analytics data is fetched directly in your browser using your own Google OAuth token — it is not sent to or stored on our servers
- Your Google email address is used to create a contact record in our CRM for lead management and optional monthly report subscriptions
- PDF reports are generated entirely in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers
- Google OAuth tokens are stored only in your browser session and are never persisted or sent to our backend (except for Google Ads API queries which require server-side proxying with our developer token)

- We do not sell, transfer, or share your Google data with third parties, advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers
- We do not use your Google data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, or interest-based marketing
- We do not use your Google data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes
- We do not store your Google Analytics, Search Console, or Ads data on our servers
