Free Tools

We provide free interactive tools on our website, including the ROI Calculator, AI Readiness Assessment, Customer Service Calculator, Process Prioritizer, and SEO & AI Search Analytics Dashboard. By using these tools, you agree to the following:

General Tool Terms

• Tools are provided “as is” for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice
• Results are estimates based on the information you provide and may not reflect actual outcomes
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on tool outputs
• You must have proper authorization to input any business data into our tools

PDF Export & Lead Capture

• PDF reports are generated entirely in your browser — no data is uploaded to our servers
• To export a PDF, you may be asked to provide your name, email, and company — this information is stored in our CRM for follow-up communications
• Providing this information is optional — you can use the tools without exporting a PDF
• You may opt out of follow-up communications at any time by contacting us

SEO & AI Search Analytics Dashboard

The SEO Dashboard connects to your Google account via Google OAuth. By using this tool, you additionally agree that:

• You must have authorization to access the Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads properties you connect
• Your analytics data is processed in your browser using your own Google OAuth token and is not stored on our servers
• Your Google account email address will be captured for lead management and optional monthly report subscriptions
• You can disconnect your Google account at any time by revoking access in your Google Account settings
• Data accuracy depends on Google's APIs — we are not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete data returned by Google services
• Rate limits may apply to API usage to ensure fair access for all users

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property

All content, software, methodologies, and materials on our website and in our services are owned by The Automators Inc. or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

Client Property

You retain ownership of your business data, processes, and proprietary information. We will not use your confidential information except as necessary to provide our services.

Custom automation solutions developed specifically for your business will be subject to ownership terms specified in your service agreement.

Payment and Fees

• Service fees are specified in individual service agreements
• Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month
• All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
• Applicable taxes (GST/HST) will be added to invoices
