How much does an AI automation project cost?
A one-time build starts at $7,000. The exact figure depends on how many workflows and systems are involved, and you get it in writing after a free 30-minute scoping call. There is no retainer and no subscription; after go-live the only recurring cost is model usage, paid to the provider.
What is included in the build price?
Everything needed to run the automation without us: discovery and process mapping, the build tested against your real data, integration with the systems you already use, hand-off documentation with team training, and a monitoring window after go-live. You own the code, the accounts, and the credentials at hand-off.
What do I pay after go-live?
Model usage, typically $40 to $180 a month, billed by the model provider directly to your account, not through us. If you add third-party tools with their own licences, those are yours as well. Nothing else is recurring unless you ask for ongoing work, which is quoted separately before it starts.
Is there a retainer or a subscription?
No. You pay once for the build and own the result outright. We do not sell a platform, and nothing we build depends on keeping us on contract. Some clients choose an ongoing tuning arrangement after launch; that is optional, scoped in writing, and never a condition of the automation continuing to run.
How long until it is live?
Most projects go live in 2 to 6 weeks from kickoff. Simple single-workflow automations take one to two weeks; enterprise-scale deployments across several departments, or anything that needs custom model training, take two to three months. Larger projects ship in phases so the first workflow is paying back while the rest is built.
