What is included in the build price?
Everything needed to run the automation without us: discovery and process mapping, the build tested against your real data, integration with the systems you already use, hand-off documentation with team training, and a monitoring window after go-live. You own the code, the accounts, and the credentials at hand-off.
What do I pay after go-live?
Model usage and third-party licences are separate running costs. Our illustrative model-usage estimate is $40 to $180 per month; actual charges depend on your provider and volume. An optional retainer can cover ongoing support and improvements. We outline these costs and any support arrangement in your proposal.
Do you offer a retainer model?
Yes. Retainer arrangements are available for ongoing automation work, monitoring, support, and improvements. The scope and terms are agreed in writing. A retainer is optional, and you continue to own the systems we build for you.
How long until it is live?
Most projects go live in 2 to 6 weeks from kickoff. Simple single-workflow automations take one to two weeks; enterprise-scale deployments across several departments, or anything that needs custom model training, take two to three months. Larger projects ship in phases so the first workflow is paying back while the rest is built.
When does it pay for itself?
Payback depends on your current workload, the hours and errors the automation removes, and the build and running costs. We estimate those factors during scoping and agree on what to measure after launch. A project quote is not a guarantee of a particular saving or payback date.
Do you work with businesses outside Calgary?
