Plzeň is the engineering capital of West Bohemia and the fourth-largest city in the Czech Republic, with about 187,000 residents and a regional economy that produced roughly EUR 12.4 billion in GDP. Plzeň firms deploying AI for production-quality documentation, maintenance scheduling, supplier coordination, and back-office workflow are pulling ahead of peers still running everything by hand. The University of West Bohemia supplies a steady stream of engineering graduates, but specialised automation talent is scarce, which is exactly where an outside delivery partner closes the gap fast, under GDPR, the Czech Personal Data Processing Act, and the Czech DPA (UOOU).
